Started as an individual initiative to the sector initiatives in 1960 by İsmail KAVAK, and it was formalized as Özdoğu Construction & Trade Co. Ltd. in 1974 by İsmail KAVAK himself.

As a progressive company, Özdoğu is constantly growing and improving itself concurrent with mining and construction industry in our country. All the benefits of technology has continued to the historical development of our company by using them in an efficient and timely manner. In this way, our company turned into a company that uses today's technology actively engaged in manufacturing and contracting business.
